Because of this personalization, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped, except in the rare case of product defects or shipping damage (see below).

After 24 Hours: If production has already begun, cancellations are not possible, as materials and labor have already been allocated.

4. Shipping Damage
All dolls are shipped in discreet and protective packaging via trusted carriers like UPS. In the event of visible shipping damage, please:

5. Returns on Non-Intimate Items
Items such as wigs, clothing, or accessories that are not intimate in nature may be eligible for return within 7 days of receipt, as long as:
